I can hardly express what a pleasure it has been to be on the board of the
YMCA golf tournament these past four years.  I have met some wonderful,
dedicated people.  I must now inform you that I feel this is a good time
for me to step aside and let someone else have the opportunities I have
had.  Obviously, the choice of a replacement is entirely yours, but because
of the necessity of
landing sponsors, I recommend you consider a person with significant
contacts in the business community - something I don't have.
